Everything was perfect during 5 days, loved its excellent location so close to restaurants, the open markets, woolworth, Mr price, KFC, Nandos and all main attractions...
Some people working there were absolutely rude.

The food was incredible and I have nothing but really nice memories from this trip. the location of the hotel is marvellous and brilliant, close to the city center, museums, waterfront, malls, markets. All members of the staff were very friendly. There was a variety of breakfast options, including toast and bacon.

Very friendly staff, very convenient hotel and very, very nice breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. Little bit noisy outside, but that was to be expected taking in consideration the location in mid city.

The hotel is neat and spacious with very efficient and particularly helpful staff and a heated pool. Very good value for money for the area. Beautifully maintained and neat rooms. Good eggs, toast and cereal supplied. Absolutely perfect location, walking distance from a historical square. Also - not far from the open markets, the V&A Waterfront the CTICC and Greenmarket Square.

Excellent location for exploring the city on foot. Many restaraunts also within easy walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Although room was quite small it was very comfortable.
A chair in the room would have made watching TV more comfortable.

The breakfast was marvellous. the views were amazing. the location is excellent, right next to tourist attractions like the Town Hall and the V&A Waterfront. the room was quiet and airy, and had a seating area, ironing facilities, and a writing table.

I would rate this as a 2 and a half star hotel. The room was comfortable but poorly lit. Staff were very friendly and excellent. Bathroom could use additional lighting. Great mid-east food bazaar across the road for very inexpensive meals and the location in downtown Cape Town is great - close to many attractions.
More light over the sink in the bathroom would make a big diflference. Not much choice in the hotel restaurant.

Staff were extremely friendly and attentive. I had everything I needed at hand and it was extremely good value for money. The shuttle to and from the airport was luxurious, calm and both drivers were friendly and professional. All in all a very good business trip.
